Agreement to Terms

Opt-Out / How to Unsubscribe
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-enroll, you may opt in again through any of the methods listed above.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Privacy & No Sharing of Data
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number, opt-in status, and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information will only be used by Hometown Roofing & Restoration to communicate with you about our services and your account. Consent Revocation & Data Retention
You may revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by texting STOP or by contacting us directly. Upon revocation, we will cease sending messages within 24 hours. Services
Hometown Roofing & Restoration provides roofing, exterior, and restoration services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract that will outline specific terms, pricing, and scope of work.

- Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work
- All work is subject to scheduling availability and weather conditions
- Permits will be obtained where required by local regulations

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or our SMS messaging program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
