The owner, John Eddie Vogt II, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and patient, also has experience in real estate and the insurance side of roofing claims. He understands the reasons it’s a good idea to replace a roof before the house goes on the market AND how to navigate the insurance process to make sure everything is handled with the best possible outcome. Start to finish on my house was only SEVEN HOURS! And when the crew was gone, so was all of the debris and remnants of the old roof. They did a fantastic job of keeping a clean worksite, their crew is super efficient, respectful and kind, and my roof looks amazing! This is the company you want working on your home!

I highly recommend Hometown Roofing & Restoration for your roofing needs. When you call these guys if they don't answer they will call you back right away . They stripped the old roof off and installed new roof in 1 day. The best thing in my opinion was that they kept working with the insurance to get all my hail damage repaired. John and David are great guys to work with. I hope I don't need the roof replaced again but if I do I will be calling Hometown again right here in Boerne.

I love this company they did a great job on my roof I paid my $2,000 deductible and then they work with the insurance company for the rest and I didn't have to pay anything extra they found a ton of problems up on my roof so a project that was supposed to just take a day might have taken longer but another crew got done with their job and they came over and helped my team of roofers get done with the job so I had my roof done in the end of the day. Even when I did have some problems after the roof was put in they either send somebody out that day or if I called too late in the day the very next day to deal with the issue and never once did they charge me for having to come out and fix the issues. Even after months that the roof was on one of my skylights started having issues.they are the ones that replaced started to leak they came right out and fixed it. No hassle no attitude no fuss they just came out and fixed it.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. All work performed precisely as stated in an timely manner. Work crew was very organized and complete roof replacement was completed in a single day. The job also included replacement of damaged siding and trim which looks great! It should be noted Hometown Roofing was willing to handle not only the roofing aspect of the job but also the siding replacement. Other companies we spoke to only wanted to get involved with the roof itself. They were only willing to provide the names of some carpenters for the siding replacement but it was up to the homeowner to negotiate and manage the repairs themselves. Hometown Roofing simplified the project for us by performing and managing ALL aspects of job. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.
